Toyota Camry — the seventh generation of the model. Drive — only the front. The transmission is exclusively a six-speed automatic. On sale in Ukraine since November 2011. It differs from its predecessor by an increased list of equipment, the presence of a new four-cylinder engine and an upgraded gearbox. In addition, the car received improved sound insulation, suspension and steering settings. The car has become less imposing and more tenacious.

The range of engines consists of two gasoline engines - a 2.5-liter in-line four and a 3.5-liter V6. In the first case, the engine power is 180 hp, and the maximum torque is 231 Nm. The second, six-cylinder engine, produces 277 hp. and 346 Nm of peak torque.

The 2.5-liter engine is offered in Comfort, Elegance, Prestige and Lux ​​entry and mid trim levels. The most powerful 3.5-liter engine is available only in the top-end Premium version. Acceleration to one hundred kilometers per hour for a 180-horsepower modification takes 9 seconds, and for a 277-horsepower modification it takes 7.1 seconds.

Already in the initial configuration, Toyota Camry offers a multimedia system with a 6.1-inch touch screen, 6 speakers and the ability to connect iPod and other external devices via Bluetooth or USB. Also standard equipment of the model includes 16-inch wheels, heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, front and rear parking sensors, rain and light sensors.

Responsible for safety are the systems of anti-lock brakes, anti-slip control, uniform distribution of braking forces, emergency braking assistance, as well as directional stability. The basic set of airbags consists of front and side airbags for the driver and front passenger, as well as curtain airbags for front and rear passengers. Depending on the configuration, a pillow for the driver's knees and side airbags for the rear passengers can be added to them.

In addition, for a surcharge, the buyer will be able to install a premium audio system with 8 speakers and an amplifier, a 7-inch touch screen, a navigation system, a rear-view camera, cruise control, three-zone climate control with the ability to control from the rear sofa in the sedan. The interior of the car can be either fabric or leather.

The ground clearance of the car is 160 mm. For the Ukrainian market, Toyota Camry is produced in Japan.
