Toyota Tundra - the second generation of rear- or all-wheel drive pickup. The latest generation of the car was presented in 2006 at the Chicago Auto Show. The model has several cab design options - Regular Cab, Double Cab and CrewMax. In the first case, the car is a two-door and has three seats - a driver's seat and two passenger seats nearby. The second option is more practical, since it offers an extended cab with four doorways, and the number of seats, depending on the layout of the cabin, can be either five or six. The most spacious version is CrewMax, which, thanks to the increased legroom, will be comfortable not only for front passengers, but also for the rear ones.

The cargo compartment can be either regular or extended. Depending on the modification, the overall length of the Toyota Tundra ranges from 5,329 to 6,266 mm. Clearance - from 254 to 264 mm.

Motors - only petrol V6 and V8. The base engine is a 270-horsepower 4-liter six-cylinder unit. The next engine is a 4.6-liter "eight" with a capacity of 310 hp. The most powerful power plant for the Toyota Tundra is a 5.7-liter 381-horsepower V8. The four-liter engine is paired with a five-speed automatic, and the 4.6 and 5.7-liter engines are paired with a six-speed.

The co-platform of the Tundra pickup truck is an SUV Toyota Sequoia. Both models are produced at the Toyota plant in North America.
